Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us. If you send an enquiry, use the chat assistant or request a quote, we receive what you type — typically your name, telephone number, email address, the service you need and where your property is. We use it to reply and to price the work. Nothing more.
When you leave a review. Your name, company, role, rating and the words you write. We publish these only if you tick the consent box, and only after our team approves them. Ask us and we will remove yours.
When you simply visit. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages get read. It tells us roughly which country or city a visit came from, the device and the browser. It does not tell us who you are.
Cookies
The site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them. Decline and nothing is written. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Our own server keeps standard access logs, as every web server does. These include IP addresses and are kept for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your details to anyone
- Use your information for advertising
- Publish a review without your explicit consent
- Contact you about anything you did not ask about
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Contract records are kept as long as Qatari law requires. Analytics data is retained by Google under their standard retention period.
Your rights
Under Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@unityfacilities.qa and we will respond.
Changes
If this page changes we will update it here. It was last reviewed in September 2026.
