Cockroaches
German and American cockroaches nesting in kitchens, drainage and service ducts. We gel-bait and treat harbourage points rather than fogging, which scatters them into neighbouring units.
Warranty-backedOur specialist division
Cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, termites, ants and mosquitoes — treated at the source, not just where you saw them. Every job starts with an inspection and ends with a written report and a scheduled follow-up.
Qatar's climate creates year-round pressure from a specific set of pests. Each one needs a different approach — a single spray treatment will not solve most of them.

Warranty-backedTreated across mattresses, frames, skirting and furniture seams. Requires two or three visits spaced to break the egg cycle — anyone promising one visit is guessing.
Multi-visit programmeRats and mice controlled with tamper-proof bait stations, snap traps and proofing of entry points. We map the runs first so the stations go where the activity actually is.
Includes proofingPre-construction soil treatment and post-construction injection for existing structures. Subterranean termites cause damage long before they are visible.
Pre & post constructionColony-level baiting rather than surface spray. Killing foragers without reaching the nest is why ant problems return within weeks.
Colony eliminationBreeding-site treatment around water features, drainage and landscaping, plus residual barrier spraying for outdoor areas and majlis.
Source reductionCommon in kitchens, warehouses and food storage. Combines fly units, drain treatment and hygiene recommendations for the underlying cause.
Food-safe methodsRemoval and exclusion work for villas and compounds, including netting, spiking and sealing of access points.

The same four steps on every job, whether it is a two-bedroom apartment or a labour accommodation block.
A technician surveys the property, identifies the species, finds the harbourage and entry points, and photographs the evidence.
You get a quote listing the treatment, the chemicals, how many visits, what you need to do before we arrive, and what the warranty covers. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Carried out by trained, uniformed technicians using MoPH-approved materials. We work around your hours — evenings and weekends for occupied homes, overnight for restaurants and retail.
A scheduled return visit to verify the treatment worked and re-treat if needed. On annual contracts we keep coming back on a fixed schedule you can plan around.
Safety & compliance
Pest control means bringing chemicals into a place where people live or eat. We treat that seriously.

Different premises carry different risk. A restaurant kitchen and a villa garden need different programmes, documentation and scheduling.
Who we work for
Supermarkets, restaurants and butcheries carry the strictest pest control requirements of any premises in Qatar — and the most to lose. These clients rely on us to keep them compliant and open.

Working in food premises means passing inspections, not just killing insects. Every visit is logged, every product recorded — so when an inspector asks, the paperwork is already there.
Every property is priced after inspection — size, species and severity all change the number. These are the shapes most clients choose.
For a specific problem you want dealt with now.
Four visits a year. The most common choice for villas and offices.
For food premises, warehouses and multi-building sites.
A note on pricing: we do not publish fixed prices because quoting a villa without seeing it would be guesswork. We inspect first and the quote is written — you will know the number before anyone brings a chemical into your property.
Licensed & certified
Food premises in Qatar are inspected, and inspectors ask for proof. After every treatment we issue a formal Certificate of Pest Control naming the premises, the date and the treatment carried out — signed, sealed and ready to show.
Issued to every client after treatment
We never quote blind. The survey tells us the species and the source.
MoPH-approved products only, with safety data available on request.
A follow-up visit is part of the job, not an upsell after it.
Report after every visit — essential when an inspector asks.
For most general treatments, no — you can stay, though we ask you to keep out of treated rooms until they dry, usually two to four hours. Bed bug and heavy cockroach treatments need the property empty for longer. We tell you the exact re-entry time before we start.
The products we use are approved by Qatar's Ministry of Public Health and applied at controlled rates. We use low-odour, low-toxicity formulations in occupied homes. Fish tanks should be covered and their pumps switched off during treatment, and pets kept out of treated rooms until surfaces dry.
It depends on the pest. Ants and cockroaches usually take one treatment plus a follow-up. Bed bugs need two or three visits spaced to break the egg cycle. Rodents need ongoing baiting until activity stops. The inspection tells us which, and the quote states it.
We aim to inspect within 24 hours in Doha and can usually treat the same or next day. Emergencies — a restaurant facing an inspection, a bed bug outbreak in accommodation — we prioritise.
Treatments carry a warranty period stated in your quote. If activity returns within it we come back at no charge. On quarterly and commercial contracts, call-backs between scheduled visits are included.
Yes — Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Lusail, Mesaieed, Dukhan and the Industrial Area. Inside Doha there is no call-out charge; elsewhere a call-out charge may apply, which we tell you up front and credit against the job if you proceed.
Yes. Commercial contracts include a service logbook, treatment records, bait station maps and material safety data sheets — the pack food-safety inspectors and HACCP auditors ask for.
Site inspection
The more detail you give us, the more accurate the quote. Where you have seen them, how long it has been going on, and roughly how big the property is — that is usually enough to get started.
